Diet Update
I walked eight miles this week. That is 64 times around the school!
I started out the week very disappointed and discouraged at the lack of weight loss. However, after being right on target this week, not overeating or eating too much of the unhealthy foods, I saw a 3 pound loss!
Start weight 2008: 261
Lost in 2008: 20 pounds
Start weight 2009: 242
Lost in 2009: 3 pounds
Current weight: 239

WOW I think that is wonderful!!! Congrats to you. Keep going. The walking is great too. 64 times around the school.....WHOA!! I need to get out there and start walking again. Maybe I can walk circles around my house??? lolol
great job with staying on course! 8 miles? you rock woman!
