I lost 1.6 pounds this last week!  Whoo-hoo!  I walked five miles, and am waiting for the sun to warm the air so I can go outside!  I can't wait to ride my bike.

Pounds lost 2008:  20
Pounds lost 2009:  8

Great job Rebecca. I need to get back to my walking too. But hubby goes at like 6a.m. and I HATE mornings. I've got sleep to do at that time. lolol
