 I am so very sad to report I gained a pound!

But I walked six and a half miles this week, and did a half hour exercise video 3 times.  I didn't pig out on anything.  

So I'm guessing water retention or something.

Pounds lost 2008: 20

Pounds lost 2009: 7

It's ok. Weight loss is not a sprint, it is a marathon and you just had a little bump in the road. Keep it up. You will have success in the long run.

You probably gained muscle ... don't worry it'll all even out in the end. Keep up the good work and don't give up or quit.

WOW that's a lot of walking. Probably is water weight. It'll be gone tomorrow. Great job so far.
