Diet Challenge Update


I have lost 15 pounds so far this year. Whoooo-hooooo! Last year I lost 20 pounds from March until December and I wanted to double that this year and lose 40. So I am doing really well! I don't think I can lose another 5 pounds in just a week and a half but I am really trying!

I started out last year not being able to wear a pair of 26/28 jeans. I could get them on, but not wear them. This skort is a 16W. My shirt has gone from a 26 to a XL(16).

Wow! You look terrific! It seems like once you're in the losing weight mode, it isn't really so bad...it's just getting to that point that's hard! Kudos to you!

TERRIFIC!!!! I've not read your blog long enough to know this....so I'll ask. Are you on any particular kind of weight-loss program or just using commonsense and trying to get more exercise? I am very impressed with your progress and hope you might be able to motivate me.

Good job. I have lost 20 in the last year and a half. I have started again to try to focus. I have quite a bit to lose, about 60 lbs. I have lost 35 since I retired 5 1/2 years ago. My problem is staying focused. Anyway keep it up and I am cheering you on.
