I had to do some rethinking and get back on the wagon. All that ice cream caught up with me! I was up six pounds from the lowest this year and was very distressed. But I have now lost those six pounds and am ready to continue losing this summer.
I made a list of favorite healthy dishes and went shopping for ingredients. I made oatmeal bread today, a good bread with lots of fiber.
I discovered I now weigh 10 pounds less than what is listed on my drivers license!
Total loss: 32 pounds!
